Welcome to the OT Tennis Club. After over 50 years since the last OT team competed in a tennis match, 2026 marks the year for OT tennis to finally resurface!
The OT Tennis Club has enjoyed a rich history, with a host of players competing in the Wimbledon Championships in the 20th century, most notably Murray Deloford who reached the 4th round in 1939. The 60s saw the OT tennis team compete on the grass courts at Wimbledon, as well as playing against former GB Davis Cup captain John Barrett. On 18/04/2026 the OT Tennis Club marked its return in the qualifying round of the IPSOBLTA D'Abernon Cup.
Over the summer, we will be organising weekly court bookings in London. All OTs are welcome to join us for a hit, and perhaps rekindle some competitive Tonbridge spirit in friendly matches against other Old Boys teams.
